Pre-flight Walk
We recommend that before you set off for the airport you take your pet for a long walk to ensure they are relaxed and ready for take-off.
Arrival at the Lounge
Make your own way to our private lounge, where you and your pet are checked in ahead of the flight.
Parking
There is free parking for anyone dropping you off, and they are more than welcome to wave you off from our private partner lounges.
Socialisation
An hour before the flight, pets will meet and get to know each other in the lounge. This helps us finalise the best seating for the aircraft. It’s also a nice chance to meet your fellow passengers.
Easy Security
Everything will be in order following our pre-flight support. Your passports and pet paperwork have a check, and you will whizz through our private, quick, and easy security. Not a queue in sight.
To the Aircraft
A short walk along the tarmac to the plane, or if you choose, have a member of our team drive you.
